Since 2013, accomplished entrepreneur and businessman Randy Saumers has employed his years of experience in sales, business management, residential remodels, flip projects, and construction to masterfully counsel his clients through their exciting real estate endeavors.
 
Randy knows your home is an important asset and quite possibly the most important investment you’ll make. With a steady pulse on the local market, he is ready to guide you through any purchase or sale with his expert advice and confident negotiation skills. 
 
Prior to entering the industry, Randy owned and managed two successful businesses, including a printing brokerage and an animal hospital in Santa Monica that he still owns with his wife, Dena. Randy’s affinity for people and architecture led him into real estate, where he enjoys helping his clients bring their vision of home to life. Randy is always available and knows communication is key to successful partnerships. His business experience and knowledge of the community are powerful tools and resources that he brings to every client.
 
Beyond real estate, Randy maintains woodworking as a creative outlet. He loves to spend time with his wife, their two children and their adult son, and his son’s family. He also enjoys traveling as often as he can. He dedicates time to his community through the Boy and Girl Scouts organizations and supports his local area schools. Passionate about animal welfare, Randy and his family support pet rescues and adoptions through the local animal hospital they own in Santa Monica.
